The Job:
Call Center Reps make and answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general organizational information as well as some data entry. Reps schedule appointments for our sales reps to demonstrate our product in their home. They will identify requests and qualify the meeting with the client. Rep have to have the ability persuade potential clients, handle multiple tasks, and have the ability to deal with tough situations with professional composure at all times.
